    • Transform negative thought patterns into positive behaviors for improved mental health.

  • Comprehensive Behavioral Treatment for Tics (CBIT)

    • Build an understanding of the triggers and patterns associated with tic behavior, to implement practical techniques to minimize their impact.

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

    • Develop skills for emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance. *I will have to review appropriateness based on presenting symptoms*

  • Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

    • Through repeated exposure, learn that fears often diminish over time, leading to increased confidence and a greater sense of control.
